Recently purchased hearing aids with GenX. Left ear fit perfectly but my ear canal in right ear is smaller and the end and tip didn’t fit properly and hurt so bad I couldn’t tolerate it. But Steven and John continued to work with me and fitted a smaller end and tip so I can wear the aid without any pain. I do like the apps and like the ability to use aids with my iPhone. I can set for various noise levels and conditions from my phone. The service I received was excellent.

My experience at Help U Hear started out bad but it was all my fault. The Dr was sick and they had tried calling and sending me emails but i didn't get them because my phone had quit working and i don't check my emails like I should. Otherwise, the experience was great and I will soon be able to hear correctly again. The staff was very nice and the office was clean and they have coffee too. Oh yeah, when I came for the appointment and the Dr wasn't there, the receptionist, [assistant], lady at the desk gave me the money to cover gas even though it was my fault. Very nice of them and it came in very handy because I was broke. I get my new hearing aids next week sometime and I can't wait to hear the sweet sound of bristling paper again. THANK YOU Help U Hear. I really appreciate it. HUH??

I have run into minor Glitches with my right hearing aid. But the staff has been very kind to try to fix the problem. This was no fault of the staff. They sent the right hearing aid back to the manufacturer for repair. They tried to adjust the left hearing aid to make it useable till the right hearing aid gets back.
