How much do hearing aids cost?

The price varies greatly depending on the model and needs of the individual. Whatever the final cost, we offer finance plans. Before we get there we need to get to know you and your hearing environments, your needs, wether you have insurance coverage or access to other benefits you might not yet be aware of. Everyone's hearing challenges are different along with their needs and preferences.


Do you work on my hearing aid?

Yes. We can clean, repair and assist with all makes, models and hearing aid manufactures. Oticon, Phonak, Seimens, NuEar, Beltone, Miracle Ear and more. There's never a charge for looking at and evaluating what needs to be done for you and your hearing device.


What happens if I have a problem while out of town?

If you received your hearing aids through our Florence office and you're away from home you can give us a call and we will direct you to an office in our network of Audible dealers. They will be glad to help you with whatever type of issue has arisen. Audible has a worldwide network of dealers.


Is there a guarantee with the hearing aids?

Al the hearing aids that we offer come with a minimum 1 year warranty, however, must of the devices come with a 3 year manufacture warranty along with 3 years of loss and damage coverage.


What if I don't like them?

We understand the concern and offer a minimum of 30 days for a trial period. During the trial period you will be able to work closely with your practitioner to discuss you experience, your concerns and challenges. As professionals it is our job to listen carefully and adjust the devices for your needs. In almost ever case the the 30 day trial is 100% money back on your initial investment.


Will a hearing aid make background noise louder?

While it is possible that background noise may be amplified. It should be amplified in the proper proportion with the rest of your hearing allowing you to hear more clearly in the presence of noise. Your practitioner is equipped to reduce background noise if it continues to be an issue or concern once you've been wearing the hearing device. Many devices are programmed with filters to reduce the impact of background noise on your conversation.
